Most people cannot see our energy field (aura) which surrounds and interpenetrates with our physical body. But, everybody can feel sympathy or antipathy towards certain persons. The more alike our energy fields, the better we shall get and the more attracted we shall feel. Our energy field works like a personal radar which lets us know if there comes a friend or a less benevolent person. Have you ever got off a bus feeling uncomfortable although before getting in you were fine? Our energy fields may take over unpleasant thoughts, sensations, and moods. Many of us can perceive other people's intentions as a result of the energetic interaction and of subtle links established at this level. According to the energetic medicine, our energy field is formed of three main elements: energy centers (known as chakras), aura and meridians. Our chakras absorb energy from our environment, the energy is used by the organism and finally it is released outside our body. Aura is in fact the result of the continuous movement of chakras, its clarity and luminosity describing the health of our physical body. Meridians are energy channels that overlaps the sanguin structure of the body and transports the energy absorbed by chakras.
